Nice product

They returned my shoes. I got no call, no nothing. They just returned them and refunded me with no explanation. The shoes were paid for, no bounce back, nothing. I live in an apartment complex, literally all they have to do is give it to the managers in the office. It's 10 AM, the front office closes at 6PM, I think they were just lazy and didn't want to make the delivery. These shoes were for my bday. 0/10.

Will never buy a Coach Bag again. I bought the leather camera bag two months ago and the stitching is coming apart from the strap. Called Coach for repair and they had the nerve to want me to pay $75 for the repair because I purchased from a department store. It shouldn't matter its their product. I will no longer support them.

Avoid like the plague! Customer service is beyond a joke it was shameful. Waited for my bag to arrive for weeks being told varying stories by a variety of customer service agents! They had of course taken the money for the item.
Eventually they decided the bag had been stolen and they will refund my money! They eventually did after a couple of weeks.
Buy from almost anywhere else but this shambolic e-commerce disaster.

Coach Spain: Useless customer service! Knows nothing, unwilling to bother to find out either!

Bought my Daughter a coach purse. Lasted a little over a year (outside the warranty of 1 year) and zipper broke. Cost to repair is up to $150 plus shipping They don't have any quality....don't ever buy!!!

I bought online one bag from coach and two bags from coach outlet. The two bags from coach outlet did not come with a pouch.

I did a search on YouTube. There's a Chinese lady who explains that the outlet bags are made for 'outlet', and are cheaper quality. That is, they're not left overs from the previous season of regular coach bags. Listen, were not talking Dior or Yves St Laurent. It's Coach.
So can't expect much. If the company was half way classy, they would provide those cheap pouches for all their bags.
I have not examined the bags. I just opened the packages.

When I asked one of the customer service lady about my order number she said my system doesn't show your order number as it was deleted or some how erased.
Manger who didn't know anything said if you order from American or Canadian the price is the same which didn't make sense as my credit card charges for conversion fee and if you want to return yhe item it won't return the same amount to your card due to the conversion rates...
Let me tell you this was ordered by phone as the site was down and customer service lady by mistake order fro. US site... plus I never got black Friday deal as she already wasted my money on conversion... total waste of time

Nonsense and I don't have time to write a review. Better to go for MK or Aldo than this rubbish. Also their customer care is NILL. Not adding to the satisfaction of the client's.

I have many coach products, handbags, wallets, flipflops, shoes, watch etc.up until now I have been a faithful customer HOWEVER. The insides of two pair of my loafers has started to peel away. An obvious design flaw... I contacted Coach and they basically told me that they will do nothing to remedy this issue... So after MANY years of being a Coach customer I AM NOW A FORMER CUSTOMER. For the price you pay for their product one would expect a better quality DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY FROM COACH you will get better customer support and quality from a no name brand you could buy in Walmart.

Products are garbage! Low quality & not made to last. Customer service is even worse. DO NOT BUY!

Wow, I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering! Delivery is super slow, and customer services were completely unhelpful when I asked for clarity on why my order was delayed. Clearly there is zero accountability from the CS team, which is why they don't give out names!

Coach return service is so bad. I brought winter shoes and the size doesn't fit, so I return them because they said that will refund my money and I spend $64 on a return and I send all the receipts and tracking number. I did lots of emails but I didn't get my money back.

Tried to place an order online.. and got a error message saying we couldn't process your order and now saying I can call to have the order processed not understanding.
